In the event that customers included in the agreement enter into a comprehensive agreement with another local company, a comprehensive agreement will be approved with IDRIVE when the designated customer will lease the vehicles to IDRIVE for the first time. (3) IDRIVE has the right to refuse the customer's registration if a cause of non-compliance with the Agreement is discovered. (4) IDRIVE has the express right to make reasonable and appropriate modifications to the general terms and the fee policy, provided that notice and notice to the Customer of any modifications are notified by e-mail notification or by posting on the IDRIVE website or application of the phone. Changes are considered approved and approved if Customer does not reject in writing within one month from the date of the announcement of the change in question. Definitions
